So you’ve gone Keto but you’re still missing the convenience of cereal? Or you want to give your kids a healthy breakfast or snack option but you’re not sure where to go? Good news! There are low carb options that have come out. There really is no comparison to traditional sugary cereals. Here I’m going to share a few of my favorites with you.

Julian Bakery Pro Granola

This is a great substitute for traditional granola that is sweetened with monk fruit, so no sugar!. Crunchy with just enough sweetness. Serve with heavy cream and berries or eat it dry as a snack. My favorite kind is the Vanilla Cinnamon Cluster. There is 1/2 cup in a serving but I find 1/4 more than enough. 

Carbs 14g, Protein 12g, Fat 4.5g

Cereal School

Sweetened with monk fruit and no artificial colors. What could be better for the kids? Or an adult looking for a crunchy sweet snack or breakfast. Serve with heavy cream or eat dry as a snack.

Carbs 1g, Protein 16g, Fat 3.5g

Magic Spoon

Cinnamon, Frosted, Fruity and Cocoa. Sweetened with monk fruit, allulose and stevia these flavors are sure to please. Serve with some heavy cream or dry as a snack.

Carbs 5g, Protein 12g, Fat 6g
