Turkey Parmesan Meatballs

This is a great alternative to the traditional beef meatball. I serve it with garlic chili paste on the side for a little kick. Add your favorite side dish and dinner is complete!

Instructions
  1. Combine ground turkey with parmesan, carrot, egg, onion and spices.
  2. Form into approx 16 meatballs.
  3. Place butter in a pan to cover the bottom, when melted add the meatballs and cover with a lid.
  4. Cook on medium heat until meatballs start to brown, turning halfway through.
  5. After meatballs are slightly brown on the outside turn temperature down to low and continue to cook until cooked through, (approx another 10 minutes)
