Don't have much time? This is one of my most satisfying meals that you can make in a pinch. You can use chicken, beef or even shrimp.

Instructions
  1. Cut your meat into cubes (bite size pieces), place in pan with butter and half of the olive oil. Using butter and olive oil together keeps the oil from oxidizing at a high temperature. Sprinkle meat with salt and cook thoroughly.
  2. Add cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy, onion, garlic, ginger and remaining olive oil to the pan. Saute about 5 minutes until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
  3. Add coconut aminos and sesame oil. Saute another 2 minutes. Enjoy!
