Lemon Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Zucchini Noodles

I can’t say enough about how good this recipe is. If you’re getting bored of the same old thing this recipe has great flavor. Make it as spicy or not as you want by adding more or less chili garlic paste. I’m not even a big fan of zucchini noodles, yet this marinade makes the whole meal taste amazing!

Instructions
  1. Mix together ingredients for marinade and pour over steak bites in a medium sized bowl. Allow to sit for 15-20 minutes. Overnight is best but not necessary.
  2. Heat skillet on medium heat and add 2 tbsp butter.
  3. Drain steak bites from the marinade and set the marinade aside for later.
  4. Place cubed steak into hot pan and cook until no longer pink and turned golden brown. Approximately 5-10 minutes.
  5. Once all steak is cooked add 2 more tbsp butter to pan along with the minced garlic. Coat the meat and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove steak from the pan and place aside.
  7. In the same pan add 2 tbsp butter, lemon juice, bone broth, garlic chili paste and remaining marinade. Bring to a simmer.
  8. Once at a simmer add in zucchini noodles, coat with sauce and continue to simmer for 3 minutes.
  9. Move the zucchini noodles to one side of the pan and return the steak to the other half of the pan. Allow to cook for an additional 2 minutes to reheat the meat.
  10. Serve.
