Cream Cheese Frosting
This makes 1.5 cups. For the purposes of nutritional information I have based this on 12 servings. This is not a very thick frosting. If you would like a thicker frosting place it in the fridge until cool. Then spread it on your cupcakes or cakes.

Instructions
  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer).
  2. Add cream cheese, stevia glycerite and vanilla extract.
  3. Continue mixing until fully blended.
  4. Spread over top of your cupcakes or cakes. Enjoy!
