Cheesecake

Great for any celebration. Everyone loves cheesecake and this is a great low carb version of the New York Style. For variations you could add cocoa or cinnamon. Top with berries and whip cream of your choice! I like to drizzle on some of the Walden Farms Blueberry or Strawberry sugar free syrup!

Instructions
Crust
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine almond flour, swerve and melted butter to make the crust.
  3. Press into a 9 inch pie plate and set aside.
Cheesecake
  1. Blend together cream cheese, swerve, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and stevia glycerite.
  2. Pour mixture on top of crust. Spread evenly.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheesecake is set. Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  4. Serve with sugar free fruit syrup, berries or whipping cream on top.
