Versatile in so many ways. You can make these sweet, savory or neutral. This particular batch is neutral with only salt added. You have the option to add a tsp of vanilla with 1/4 tsp cinnamon to make it sweet or you could add 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp chili powder to make it savory.

Ingredients
- 1.25 cup liquid egg whites equal to 6-7 large whites of an egg
- 10 tbsp blanched almond flour (equal to 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Mix together egg whites, almond flour, baking powder and salt. This will form a very watery mixture.
- Using an 8.5 inch pan heat to medium heat.
- Spray a non stick cooking spray. Coconut or olive oil work well.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the middle of the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter to all the edges.
- Cook for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble and then flip to the other side for another minute to brown. The longer you pan fry them the crispier they get, just be careful not to burn!
