  1. Mix together egg whites, almond flour, baking powder and salt. This will form a very watery mixture.
  2. Using an 8.5 inch pan heat to medium heat.
  3. Spray a non stick cooking spray. Coconut or olive oil work well.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the middle of the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter to all the edges.
  5. Cook for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble and then flip to the other side for another minute to brown. The longer you pan fry them the crispier they get, just be careful not to burn!
