- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup swerve confectioners
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Ground have the pecans and chop the other half.
- Using a mixer or hand blender combine butter and swerve until smooth.
- Add in vanilla and almond extract.
- Mix together almond flour and the ground pecans.
- Add this to the butter mixture and combine well.
- Slowly stir in chopped pecans.
- Drop about a tablespoon of mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet for each of the cookies.
- Take a fork and slightly flatten all of the cookies.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges.
