Great flavor without the eggy taste. Amazing as french toast. Works great for cheese toast or sandwiches.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan with butter or coconut oil
  3. Separate the egg whites and yolk.
  4. Whip together egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. (I use my kitchen aid mixer and walk away for 5-10 minutes).
  5. Meanwhile in a blender mix together almond flour, egg yolks, melted butter, baking powder, salt, stevia glycerite and 1/3 of the whipped egg whites once they are ready.
  6. Take the almond flour mixture and stir into the egg whites. Careful not to over stir because the fluffiness of the egg whites is what keeps the bread from losing volume.
  7. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes until slightly brown on top.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool before removing from loaf pan and slicing.
  10. Stores well in a gallon ziplock bag in the refrigerator .
