Jalapeno Popper Dip

This dip has saved me many time when I’ve been feeling snacky or need a quick lunch to take to work. I enjoy dipping fresh cauliflower as a meal or pork rinds tender cracklins as a snack. You can also use cucumbers or broccoli. I’ve made this for my work potluck and as an appetizer for company. This dip is meant to be eaten warm but leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated later. Keeps for about 1 wk in the refrigerator.
