- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 small chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 chopped tomatoes

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp oregano

- Mix all vegetables together in large bowl with chicken.

- In a bowl or jar with a lid, combine all salad dressing ingredients. Shake well until thoroughly combined.
