- 10 oz shredded green cabbage (1 bag)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Instructions
- Melt butter in medium sized frying pan.
- Sauté garlic and onion for 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.
- Add in the cabbage and coat with garlic and onion mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook on medium heat for another 5 minutes until cabbage starts to soften.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and cook another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
