Garlic Cheese Bread
I love garlic and in my carb eating days garlic bread was one of my favorite things to eat. Great as a snack, accompanying a salad, as an appetizer, in addition to "wing night" or as a side with any of your low carb noodle pasta meals. This is a must! Follow the link below on Maria Emmerich website to make the baguette, this takes about a hour so sometimes its easier to start the bread in the afternoon and then come dinnertime its ready to turn into cheesy garlic bread. Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Mix together softened butter and garlic until well combined.
  4. Spread mixture evenly across both sides of baguette open faced.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese and green onions.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes at 350F.
  7. Broil for 1 minute until cheese bubbles and browns nicely on top. Watch closely as not to burn it!
