  1. Preheat a large skillet or griddle over med-low heat.
  2. In a shallow dish whisk together egg, heavy cream, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Place each slice of keto bread into the mixture and coat one side then flip over to coat the other side. You don’t need to soak the bread, just have each side coated well. Sometimes I’ll sprinkle a little more cinnamon onto each individual slice.
  4. Place butter/coconut oil onto hot skillet. Once melted place slices of coated bread into skillet and brown each side, flipping once. Usually around 1 minute per side.
  5. Remove from pan and place on a plate. Serve with butter, sugar free syrup, shaved coconut, berries or whipped cream on top. Sometimes I’ll dust mine with some swerve confectioners sweetener.
