Fathead Pizza Crust
Amazing pizza crust, you won't miss the the traditional flour dough pizza. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle and very filling. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425F .
  2. Mix the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a bowl
  3. Microwave for 1 min and then in 30 second increments until you're able to mix it together in an easy smooth consistency
  4. Add the egg, seasonings and almond flour
  5. Knead dough together with your hands
  6. After placing parchment paper on 12 inch pizza pan (this is key so you don't have a sticky mess of crust stuck to your pan!!!!)
  7. Spread your dough onto the pan
  8. Poke holes in crust all over with a fork so it doesn't bubble up
  9. Place in oven for 10 min
  10. Remove from oven, place another piece of parchment paper on top and flip the crust over so you can use the smooth side for your toppings
  11. Place sauce and toppings of your choice and cook for another 10 min until cheese is melted
