These are the cookies I used in my cookie granola, I wanted something really chocolatey and these definitely do the trick. Really fudgey in the center.
In a large bowl combine almond butter, swerve, cocoa, peanut butter, eggs, butter, water, vanilla extract, almond extract and baking soda. Using a mixer or hand blender and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Using a tbsp drop cookies onto parchment paper. (12 per each pan).
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
