Cinnamon Pecan Rolls
I grew up with these at Christmas time, although these are made with the Fathead Mozzarella Dough they are a great substitute for the original. The dough is stickier than traditional dough to work with but the taste is amazing. Subtle, sweet, cinnamon crunch all packed into one roll. Enjoy! Serving size is one roll.

Instructions
Dough
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix mozzarella and cream cheese together in a bowl.
  3. Microwave for 1 min and then in 30 second increments until your able to fully combine in an easy smooth consistency.
  4. Add in the egg, vanilla and stevia. Mix well with your hands.
  5. Add in almond flour and continue to mix well with your hands. The dough will be sticky.
  6. After placing parchment paper on 12 inch pizza pan (this is important because your rolls will stick otherwise.
  7. Spread your dough onto the pan.
  8. Poke holes with a fork all over the dough so it doesn't bubble up.
  9. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and set aside.
Filling
  1. Combine melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia glycerite.
  2. Spread mixture onto dough.
  3. Sprinkle entire top with crushed pecans.
  4. Cut like a pizza into 16 slices.
  5. Roll each slice from the wide end to the smaller end and place the roll on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for an additional 7 minutes.
  7. Rolls will be soft when initially taken out of the oven. Let cool and enjoy!
