Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time repeatedly until smooth consistency and evenly blended
  3. Line 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake liners
  4. Pour mixture evenly into 12 cupcake liners
  5. Optional: Sprinkle the top with crushed walnuts or cashews
  6. Place pan in the freezer long enough to let liquid solidify (approx 30 minutes)
  7. Remove all fat bombs from pan and place in a gallon freezer storage bag. Store in your freezer.
