Ingredients
- 1.5 cups blanched almond flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 3 tbsp diced cold butter
- 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum.
- Mix in the diced cold butter with your hands until well blended and a crumbly mixture.
- Make a hole in the center and add the heavy cream and egg.
- Combine gently with your hand.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and continue to mix by hand.
- Roll the dough into 8 small balls.
- Place onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until buns are brown on top.
- Take out and allow to cool on a baking rack.
