Caesar Salad
I am really picky when it comes to Caesar salad, the dressing I use here is key to the flavor in this recipe. The whisps cheese crackers substitute for the crunch you normally get from a crouton. Even though its far from traditional I’ll sometimes add a chopped up cucumber to the mix for some added crunch. I have added a link in the Keto shop page for whisps if you’re having difficulty finding them. Add some chicken on top to make this salad a meal!

Instructions
  1. Wash and chop your romaine lettuce into bite size chunks.
  2. Add crumble whisps cheese crackers, and shaved parmesan to salad and toss.
  3. Mix in Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing.
