Salad
- 6 ounces fresh spinach this will fill your bowl to about 3/4 full, the other ingredients will compress the spinach
- 4 sliced hard boiled eggs
- 8 pieces crispy bacon crumbled
- 1 cup cooked green peas cook and then chill before adding to layer
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions minced

- 1 cup ranch
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Salad
- Using approximately a 3 qt bowl fill with fresh spinach to about 3/4 the bowl
- Add a layer of sliced hard boiled eggs
- Add a layer of crumbled bacon
- Add a layer of green peas
- Add a layer of the minced green onion
Dressing
- Mix together ranch a sour cream
- Spread a layer of dressing on top of the salad
- Sprinkle with cheese for a garnish
